Leading Change In Turbulent Times:
A Change Leaders Workgroup
This event has been postponed due to Covid19. New dates will be announced in the future.
Are you interested in deepening your understanding of how to effectively lead change in an ever-increasingly disruptive world?
How do you influence, lead and interact with your colleagues to drive change initiatives forward?
Are you interested to learn and better understand about the hidden dynamics in organizations and teams that influence the change and transition process?
Facilitated by two change and transition experts with combined 50+ years of industry experience, the group will be guided through a 6-week developmental journey that includes theoretical, practical and experiential learning on change, transition and the psychology of groups.
Each group member will have the opportunity to present an active case study of a dilemma, choice or challenge they are currently facing in their role. The group will have the opportunity to apply their experiences in work situations and to benefit from the collective wisdom of the group. Participants will be helped to establish an atmosphere of confidentiality, trust, and reflection to facilitate open exploration of their thinking and their work.
Readings will be provided to share relevant research and stimulate new thinking and perspectives that can be applied back in your work.
Who is it for?

Professionals who want to join a regular, small group to deepen and develop their knowledge whilst building their network
